Data deletion instructions

If you messaged a business that uses DeskWA

Ask that business to delete your conversation and contact details. They can do it from their DeskWA workspace, or forward your request to us. You can also contact Algotech Labs directly via algotech.co.ke with the phone number you used and the business name; we will confirm with the business and delete the data within 30 days.

If you are a DeskWA business user

The workspace owner can disconnect integrations at any time under Settings. To delete the whole workspace and all of its conversations, orders and files, contact Algotech Labs from the owner's email address. Order records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, for tax purposes).
