Terms of service

These terms govern use of DeskWA, a service of Algotech Labs. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and only message people who have contacted you or opted in.
• Sell only lawful goods and services, and make sure your catalog prices and descriptions are accurate.
• Keep your login and integration credentials secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Honour your own refund and support commitments to your customers.

Payments

Customer payments go directly to your own Paystack account or M-Pesa paybill/till. DeskWA does not hold your funds. Provider fees and settlement are governed by your agreements with those providers.

Subscriptions

New workspaces start with a free trial. Continued use requires an active subscription. We may pause automated replies for inactive subscriptions.

Automated replies

The assistant follows your catalog, FAQ and instructions but can make mistakes. You remain responsible for conversations held on your number and should monitor your inbox.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DeskWA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, including where Meta, payment or email providers are unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using DeskWA at any time. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or the WhatsApp policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
